About your presenters

Phoebe Jenkins

Phoebe has been coaching clients for over 14 years. As a national board certified health and wellness coach, she has supported thousands of clients to improve their physical and mental wellbeing and reach their wellness goals. She also draws on her knowledge as a yoga & meditation teacher and is looking forward to sharing more of her knowledge about the power of sleep.

Kathleen Durst

Kathleen Durst, MA, LCSW, LICSW has been a clinical social worker practicing therapy for 13 years and working in clinical research for 20 years. Prior to Headspace, she worked for various universities as a researcher, clinical supervisor, and in clinical practice. Her post graduate work is from The Beck Institute specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Treatment with insomnia, pain, artificial reproduction and various medical conditions. Kathleen is also trained in MBSR and enjoys incorporating mindfulness into her everyday life.
