Mental health can feel intensely personal, but remember that no matter what challenge you’re facing, others have been there, too. And connecting with people about their healing journeys not only offers lightbulb moments for our own well-being, it also reminds us we're not alone.
In this live workshop, hear from a mental health coach, therapists, and a meditation teacher — all sharing candid insights about their personal experiences with mental health and the strategies they’ve utilized to care for their minds.
