Loneliness doesn’t always look the way you’d expect. It can show up in a crowded room or a full inbox. If you’ve ever asked yourself, Why do I feel alone? Remember: You’re not alone.

Join us for a live Dear Headspace event, brought to you by Headspace and Kaiser Permanente. We're bringing experts and real people together for an open, supportive talk about loneliness, mental well-being, and how to build connections. Robin is your host, with expert advice from Headspace therapist Samantha Edu and Kaiser Permanente psychiatrist Dr. Asha Patton-Smith. They'll answer real questions about why loneliness happens—and how to feel more understood, supported, and connected in your daily life.
