Cancer’s emotional toll can be overwhelming, whether you’re navigating your own journey or supporting a loved one. That’s why great cancer care requires more than physical treatment — it must also include support for the mental well-being of patients and caregivers.

Join us for a live, Dear Headspace event, brought to you by Headspace and Kaiser Permanente. Together, we’ll discuss the mental health impact of cancer and share practical guidance for coping with stress, uncertainty, and the emotional challenges that can arise along the way.

Robin Hopkins is your host, with expert insight from Nate Battle, Headspace emotional support coach and Mishellene McKinney, MHA, RN, OCN, Kaiser Permanente Vice President of Clinical Programs and co-lead of its national cancer strategy. You’ll leave with practical tools, shared validation, and a deeper understanding of how compassion and resilience can support healing — for yourself and for those you love.
