Each month, a Headspace teacher will lead a live 30-minute meditation and Q&A that will help clear your mind and cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life.
Every quarter, coaches, therapists, and meditation teachers will host an hour-long workshop offering expert-backed support on topics like navigating financial stress, communicating better, and sleeping soundly.
